We’ll get the title squared away, and provide a receipt of donation that you can use for tax purposes.

Donating an automobile, RV, boat or other piece of equipment to Care Camps Foundation is easy! Fill out our donation form and our donation coordinator will be in touch shortly! If you’d prefer, you may also call 1-800-431-0513 and submit your information via telephone. Once we have your information, we’ll schedule a pickup time at your convenience, usually within 1-2 business days.
We can accept both new and used equipment. Donations may include new and used cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, RVs, machinery, farm equipment and aircraft if suitable. Not sure if your item qualifies? Submit a form and we’ll be in touch!
You must have a lien free title in your possession before the vehicle or boat can be picked up. Other pieces of information you will need are: The Year, Make, and Model of your donation. The Mileage of the Vehicle, or Hours on a Boat. The VIN # or Serial Number found on your Title Registration.
If your automobile/equipment donation is accepted by Care Camps Foundation there will be no cost to you. This is a tax-deductible donation to the Care Camps Foundation, a not-for-profit, 501 (c)(3) charitable corporation.
You will be contacted, and we will arrange to have your donation picked up at a time convenient for you. The pickup usually occurs within 1-2 business days. All pickups are completed by licensed and insured partners. Before removal, please remember to remove your license tags.
The donor must sign their signature on the sellers line of the title. The name on the title must be the same as the signature on the sellers line. Please call 1-800-431-0513 and we will help walk you through filling out your title. *There may be nuances for titling dependent on State regulations.
Care Camps Foundation will coordinated with licensed and insured partners to pick up your donation. After pickup, all donations are sold by partners through auctions, licensed dealers, and brokers. Once the inventory is sold a donation is made to Care Camps on your behalf. The entire value of sale is tax-deductible.
Care Camps Foundation is a not-for-profit, 501 (c)(3) charitable corporation. The IRS allows you, the taxpayer, to claim a tax deduction for your donation. We will send you a receipt of donation that lists what and when you donated for tax purposes.

Your donation to Care Camps Foundation provides hope and healing to children and family members affected by childhood cancer in the US and Canada. We fund medically supervised pediatric oncology camps across the US and Canada. The funds generated by your donation go directly back to Care Camps Foundation to fund this mission.

The pediatric oncology camps that Care Camps Foundation helps to fund are held at various locations across the United States and Canada. Each of these camps are members of the Children’s Oncology Camping Association (COCA) and are specifically equipped to support children living with cancer or those in remission.
