Our Partnership with COCA

In 2014, Care Camps Foundation and the Children’s Oncology Camping Association (COCA) formed a strategic alliance in which Care Camps Foundation acts as a national fundraising agent and COCA oversees the quality assurance program for the specialized pediatric oncology camps we support.

Each year, Care Camps Foundation provides an opportunity for pediatric oncology camps who are COCA members to apply for funding through a grant application process.

In 2023, Care Camps Foundation provided 122 operating grants and 68 capital improvement grants to COCA member camps and additional funding to support COCA’s Gold Ribbon quality assurance program and professional education.
