Care Camps Foundation Grant Application

Each year, Care Camps Foundation, in partnership with the Children’s Oncology Camping Association (COCA), provides an opportunity for pediatric oncology camps who are COCA members to apply for funding through a grant application process.

Care Camps Foundation’s grant application for COCA members will be open for submission beginning March 9 through April 6, 2026.

2026 Grant Dates/Timeline:

• March 9th: Care Camps Foundation 2026 Grant will open for submission.
• March 17th: COCA/Care Camps Foundation webinar #1 for potential applicants @ 3:00 – 4:00pm EST. 
• March 26th: COCA/Care Camps Foundation webinar #2 for potential applicants @ 5:00 – 6:00pm EST.
• April 6th: Grant application closes for submission.
• May 4th – May 8th: Camps notified via email re: grant awards.
• May 22nd: Awarded funds will be distributed via electronic transfer to camps.
