Lexi Roberts is the Dealership Coordinator at Long View RV in Windsor Locks, Connecticut, a third-generation, family-owned RV dealership founded in 1959 by her grandfather. Having grown up in the RV business, she has worked at the dealership officially since 2018, gaining hands-on experience in every department, including service, parts, sales support, marketing, and operations. In her current role, Lexi wears many hats across operations, marketing, service coordination, and customer experience, with a focus on building efficient systems, supporting team success, and adapting to the evolving needs of the dealership and its customers. She is deeply enthusiastic about the RV industry as a whole and actively involved in RVDA and RVIA volunteer and leadership groups, where she connects with peers across the industry to learn, contribute, and bring new ideas back to her organization. Hi, my name is Anne and I am an Associate Merchandiser for Performance Apparel at The North Face corporate office in Denver. My job entails working multiple years in the future to design and develop the newest apparel technology, fabrications, and seasonal collections. Working in multiple seasons at the same time has strengthened my skillset in clear communication, data accuracy, and the ability to remain agile when change is necessary.
I have six years of professional experience, four of those years being in the outdoor industry with companies like The North Face and Public Lands (Dick’s Sporting Goods) who value the power nature and activity have on the younger generation.
