I am an executive leader with over twenty years of experience in sales, business development, and organizational leadership. My career has focused on building strong teams, driving sustainable growth, and leading with integrity while aligning strategy with purpose.

I am deeply committed to servant leadership, strong governance, and collaborative decision making. As Chair of the Board, I would bring a steady, mission first approach and a genuine passion for supporting organizations that create meaningful, lasting impact for children and families.

Lexi Roberts is the Dealership Coordinator at Long View RV in Windsor Locks, Connecticut, a third-generation, family-owned RV dealership founded in 1959 by her grandfather. Having grown up in the RV business, she has worked at the dealership officially since 2018, gaining hands-on experience in every department, including service, parts, sales support, marketing, and operations. In her current role, Lexi wears many hats across operations, marketing, service coordination, and customer experience, with a focus on building efficient systems, supporting team success, and adapting to the evolving needs of the dealership and its customers. She is deeply enthusiastic about the RV industry as a whole and actively involved in RVDA and RVIA volunteer and leadership groups, where she connects with peers across the industry to learn, contribute, and bring new ideas back to her organization. Outside of work, Lexi enjoys staying active at the gym, running, golfing, traveling, and unwinding with a good book.

Hi, my name is Anne and I am an Associate Merchandiser for Performance Apparel at The North Face corporate office in Denver. My job entails working multiple years in the future to design and develop the newest apparel technology, fabrications, and seasonal collections. Working in multiple seasons at the same time has strengthened my skillset in clear communication, data accuracy, and the ability to remain agile when change is necessary.

I have six years of professional experience, four of those years being in the outdoor industry with companies like The North Face and Public Lands (Dick’s Sporting Goods) who value the power nature and activity have on the younger generation. I believe my experience in the outdoor industry, my detail-oriented work ethic, and my drive to make a positive impact will make me a strong asset on the Young Professionals Board at the Care Camps Foundation.

I have been working at Woodall’s Campground Magazine as its editor for the past 8-and-a-half years. Before that, I reported extensively on the RV industry. I have a degree in journalism and a substitute teaching certificate through the State of Michigan. I have continued to grow my connections in the industry and am a speaker at numerous conferences on an annual basis. My history in content creation, social media outreach, PR communication, and more, are going to be assets I can use to help the YP board.

I am an emerging professional passionate about continuous growth, meaningful connection, and making a positive impact. My experience as an elementary school educator shaped my ability to lead with empathy, support others, and create engaging, inclusive environments. That role strengthened my resilience, adaptability, and commitment to authenticity in both my personal and professional life. After recently graduating from Arizona State University with my B.S in Tourism and Recreation Management, I have accepted the Guest Experience Supervisor position with Kampgrounds of America in West Yellowstone, MT.  I am excited to keep learning while contributing my skills in ways that make experiences more impactful and memorable. I bring curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to serve others. I’m eager to apply these qualities in opportunities like the Young Professionals Board, where I can grow as a leader while supporting a meaningful mission.

My name is Connor Cole. I am the Director of Sales at Rigero Bio-Health Pod Systems. We have been in the outdoor industry for 8+ years now. I have 10 years of experience in sales/marketing an am passionate about what Care Camps does.

I’ve built my career at Campers Inn RV, where I’ve had the opportunity to contribute across marketing and inventory management within the RV industry. Throughout my tenure, I have focused on optimizing processes, supporting dealership growth, and driving operational efficiency across multiple locations. I am passionate about developing strong teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. I am also an active supporter of initiatives that elevate and empower women in the industry, including my involvement with the RV Women’s Alliance. Through my work and leadership, I am committed to making a meaningful impact both within my organization and the broader RV community.

As a current Microbiology Major at the University of Rochester, I have become someone who excels and is passionate about my studies.  My academic journey has been rooted in laboratory experience and coursework that have allowed me to broaden my knowledge.  Teaching has become another passion of mine at the University, my work as a TA and a tutor has allowed me to grow outside of a classroom setting.

Outside the classroom, I’m eager to apply what I’ve learned through internships, research opportunities, and collaborations that allow me to contribute to real-world scientific challenges. Whether it’s investigating antimicrobial resistance or working in other fields, I’m excited to grow within the field and make a positive impact.

I’m currently seeking opportunities in research or healthcare that align with my interests in Microbiology and Public Health.

Hannah Frisch is a digital marketing leader specializing in education, community leadership, and purpose-driven brand growth. She serves as Co-President of AMA Saint Louis and consults with organizations seeking support in digital marketing strategy and performance. Hannah is also Digital Marketing Manager at Ecolink and an Adjunct Marketing Professor at Webster University, connecting industry insight with academic growth. She brings expertise in SEO, content strategy, brand development, and community engagement, with a passion for preparing students for career-ready success.

I’m a CEO and founder of multiple companies. I focus on building durable businesses—and durable people.

What I’m building (in real life, not theory):

• Pull Through Sites Mobile RV Repair — raising the bar in trades-based service by meeting customers where they are and improving the RV ownership/service experience
• R&B Packaging — focusing on the people behind how essential products are brought to market in manufacturing and elevating the standard for stewardship of industry
• Multiple Board Member — board work matters to me because leadership is stewardship—raising standards in industry and strengthening the communities we live in.

Jordan Benschop is a writer and magazine editor in the RV and outdoor recreation space, where she covers industry trends and the evolving culture of off-grid life. As a young cancer survivor and lifelong outdoor enthusiast, she is passionate about the healing power of nature and connection. She is driven to use her platform, network and storytelling skillset to support mission-based organizations that expand access to outdoor experiences.

Kristin Howard is the Marketing Manager for the RV business at Cummins, where she leads strategic marketing initiatives focused on brand growth, customer engagement, and digital communications. With experience in marketing strategy, integrated marketing communications, and digital marketing, she enjoys creating meaningful connections between brands and their audiences. Kristin brings a collaborative, data-driven approach to developing campaigns and partnerships that support business growth. She is especially interested in using marketing to strengthen engagement, elevate mission-driven organizations, and create memorable experiences. Kristin is excited to contribute her professional expertise and commitment to service as a member of the Care Camps Foundation Young Professionals Board.

Marielle has been volunteering with Camp Hobé for years, and it is her favorite part of every summer. She looks forward to camp all year and, in addition to leading activities during the week, supports Camp Hobé year-round through fundraising, family events, and serving on a volunteer committee focused on bringing new ideas to continually make camp even better. She is currently studying physics with the goal of pursuing medical physics in radiation oncology and cares deeply about supporting kids and families affected by cancer, both inside and outside of clinical spaces. In her free time, Marielle enjoys backpacking, spending time with her dog, and playing board games with friends.

McKenna Crews is the Grants & Special Projects Manager at the American Camp Association, where she supports national initiatives that strengthen and expand high-quality camps on college and university campuses. She previously directed a $1 million grant at Ball State University that used campus-based summer camps to increase college-going confidence and access for underserved youth. Currently pursuing a PhD in Higher Education, McKenna brings a practitioner-scholar perspective to her work, bridging research, youth development, and real-world camp practice. Her passion for camp began in childhood when she attended an oncology camp through Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, an experience that shaped her commitment to expanding access to transformative camp experiences for young people. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active by training for triathlons, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Michael Moore has been working in the campground industry for over 20 years. Starting in the mail room, he has worked his way up to be the General Manager of Texas Advertising which owns such divisions as AGS Guest Guides. He’s also the Assistant Executive Director of the Texas Association of Campground Owners (TACO) and currently serves as the President of the Campground Association Management Professional group (CAMP). His degrees and certifications include an MBA from TCU in Fort Worth, Texas and a Certified Tourism Executive certification from the Texas Travel Industry Association.

Michael Rheinheimer is the Digital Media Editor for RVBusiness and Woodall’s Campground Magazine. He is new to the RV and campground industry. An Elkhart native, he grew up camping and fishing with his Dad and uncles, and is now proud to do his small part in helping other families make great memories. He is a computer and media geek, having spent the first decade of his working life in the mainstream media. Michael and his wife, Amanda, are proud to call Elkhart home. They are living in Michael’s childhood home, and looking forward to welcoming children of their own soon, God willing.

My name is Michelle Cavoto! I currently live in Chicago,IL where I work for Campspot as a Sr Enterprise Account Manager. I have been there the past 4.5 years with 15+ years in the hospitality industry. I am passionate about building relationships and solving problems! I love traveling, running on the lakefront, and spending time with friends and family.

ResNexus President Nathan Mayfield is a marketing and operations leader with over 25+ years of team management. Nathan is a strategist and innovator. His experience ranges from leading large scale projects and teams at a large billion dollar corporation to running the ins-and-outs of a small business of 60+ employees. Because of these past successes, he has developed the skills to get nearly any job done.

He believes in elevating the companies and people he works with—in helping them achieve their goals and get to the next level.

In addition, Nathan Mayfield is a member of Forbes Business Council and regularly contributes articles and other important information for the hospitality industry on that platform.

After spending much of my career in audio engineering, customer service, and service-based roles, I recently moved into the RV industry as a Regional Sales Manager at Forest River, where I help grow dealer relationships across the Northeast. I have experience in music and television production, including working at Esplanade Studios in New Orleans and in sports broadcasting with college and professional teams. These roles helped me build strong communication skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Along with my audio background, I also have experience with video editing, visual design, and creating marketing materials. I’m especially interested in the Creative and Visual Design Committee, but I’m open to helping wherever I can and enjoy working with people, especially kids.

Samantha Kay Bose is the founder of ACE Adventure Co., a purpose-driven outdoor lifestyle brand focused on adventure, community, and giving back. A professional photographer, storyteller, and host of The Perfect Spot with Samantha Kay Bose, she travels the country with her family, using the outdoors to create meaningful connections and inspire positive impact. Through ACE Adventure Co., Samantha hosts camping events and community experiences that bring people together while raising funds and awareness for important causes.

Skyler serves as an institutional investment consultant serving Native American tribes and their economic entities across the country. In his role, he is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of investment governance and goals-based investment portfolios. In addition to supporting his institutional clients, Skyler also leads several of his firm’s strategic planning initiatives.

Outside of work, Skyler has had the privilege of serving as both Vice President of the Board  (2019 – 2023) and President of the Board (2023 – 2025) for Pacific University’s Oak Tree Foundation, which is responsible for providing student housing for the University.

Skyler was raised in the Pacific Northwest and has spent time living in Montana, Oregon, Washington, and most recently, California. Skyler graduated from Pacific University (Forest Grove, OR) with a degree in Economics in the Spring of 2018, and earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in the Spring of 2022. In his free time, Skyler enjoys reading, running, kayaking, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.

Head of a national sales team, exclusively selling RV parks and Campgrounds, with Campground Brokers of America. Prior to getting into commercial brokerage, I worked in major gift fundraising as the Director of Annual Giving and Assistant Director of Development, for a breast cancer research foundation, and the University of Colorado Athletic department. I think that my background in sales, and specifically in fundraising, will be helpful to the Care Camps Foundation’s mission.
